In this department, you will always have an eye on the number of employees actually needed and work time management. After evaluating the planning results, you will draw appropriate conclusions and coordinate future staff planning processes with your team.
Our Health Safety Environment (HSE) officers are responsible for the wellbeing of our approx. 2,000 employees, meaning they ensure that relevant requirements are met regarding protecting employees' health and the environment, as well as regulations for work safety. You will ensure safety in all departments when working in HSE. You will take care of health management, accident prevention and first aid measures.
