The main focus of your tasks will be supervising our Warehouse Management System. You will analyse the corresponding data. You will be tasked with continuously optimising our processes, and extending our internal network and system landscape. You will closely cooperate with Project Management, Customer Service and Production. You will also find solutions to hardware and software issues.
At Ingram Micro Eurohub, we focus on a user-friendly Warehouse Management System. Therefore, our UAT department (User Acceptance Testing), aims to rid the software of faults, as well as optimise the software overall. Your tasks will involve fault analysis and reporting the results. You will re-test faults that have already been analysed and fixed to continuously improve our processes. You will closely cooperate with other IT and technology departments to develop solutions together.
At our Service Desk, you will be the point of intersection between the client's requirements and the operative business. You will handle internal enquiries using our ticketing system and support our clients in case of hardware and software issues. You will also install and configure hardware.
At our Control Room, you will be responsible for maintaining Production processes. Working at the heart of our Warehouse Management System, you will support your colleagues with managing warehouse operations. You will immediately recognise all faults and disruptions using our operating system, and will initiate the necessary measures for efficient fixes.
The goal of our BI & Reporting department is monitoring and evaluating current operating numbers, which they appropriately edit for internal and external clients. You will compile ad-hoc analyses for our client, as well as handle department-specific enquiries, and support the installation of automatised solutions in database tools.
